4. What happens if I'm running an antivirus product from another company?
If you are running an antivirus solution from another company, you must un-install the antivirus product before running the antivirus feature in Zonealarm PRO Antivirus + Firewall.
It is important to note that running two antivirus products at the same time frequently causes operational issues with computers. ZoneAlarm strongly advises you never to run two antivirus products at the same time.

7. What if I have another software firewall installed on my computer?
Although it is possible to run two different software firewalls on your computer, we do not recommend doing so because it may cause performance problems or conflicts. The risk for potential conflict does not outweigh the benefits. ZoneAlarm firewall is sufficient protection.
