Security features from different products sometimes overlap causing computer problems. ZoneAlarm automatically detects many conflicting third-party security programs. Since these programs provide some of the same types of protection that ZoneAlarm provides, you won't need them if you are installing ZoneAlarm.
If you purchased ZoneAlarm in a store, look for your license key on the back of the CD sleeve or inside the product case.
If you purchased online, the key is in your order confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can also log into your MyZone account to get your license key.
