ZoneAlarm® License Key Help Center

I cannot find my key.
  • If you bought ZoneAlarm online, your key was provided during your initial purchase online and was also e-mailed to you from "customercare@zonelabs.com".
  • If you purchased ZoneAlarm in a store, your license key was included in the ZoneAlarm box.
  • Can't find it? You can retrieve it by logging into your account or by contacting customer service.

I do not know where to enter my license key.
  • You can enter your license key right into the bottom of the trial screen that comes up periodically when in trial mode.
  • You can enter the key straight into the ZoneAlarm product.
    • Open the ZoneAlarm interface by double-clicking on the ZoneAlarm logo in the system tray (usually the lower right of your computer screen).
    • Click on "Enter license key" in the bottom left of the ZoneAlarm interface under "Quick Tasks" (8.0 and later versions) or by going into the "Overview" panel, then "Product Info" tab and look for "Licensing Information" (all versions).

I do not know how to enter my license key.
  • Copy and paste (or manually enter) your 27-character key into the license key field. In some cases, you will be typing or pasting over-top of an existing key.
  • If you paste (recommended), be sure to begin in the very first license key field on the far left. This ensures your entire key gets copied.
  • Once you've entered your key, click "Apply" or "Authorize."
  • Your key was entered successfully if you get a message, "Your license key was successfully installed."

I upgraded my ZoneAlarm product and my license key does not work.
  • Uninstall your current ZoneAlarm product.
    • Click on the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs", go to "ZoneAlarm" and chose "Uninstall ZoneAlarm Security"
  • Install your new, upgraded ZoneAlarm product (i.e. ZoneAlarm Extreme Security) and enter your new license key.
    • The product download and license key can be found in your purchase confirmation email or by logging into your ZoneAlarm account at http://www.zonealarm.com/myaccount

It's not working – I need more help.
