ZoneAlarm Product Update and Support Renewals

Renewing can be completed in minutes. You'll need your License Key and your credit card number ready. You received your License Key when you purchased your original subscription. Simply giving your credit card information will not renew your subscription. You must enter the License Key number when prompted to process your subscription renewal.

How Can I Find My License Key

  1. Double click the ZoneAlarm icon in your system tool tray located in the lower right of your computer
  2. Go to the Overview Panel and click on the Product Information tab
  3. Click Change License button
  4. Copy your License Key and paste it into the into the field above

New License Key

To complete the subscription process, ZoneAlarm will send you an order confirmation email that includes your new License Key. You will need this key in order to activate the renewal subscription for your program.
