When does billing start? Do I have to pay for time on hold? You will not be billed for any time that it takes to be connected to a technician when using the toll free 877 premium support option. There should be no wait for a technician, but in the event there is a delay, you will not be charged until the technician begins work on your issue.
Are there free support resources I should try first? You can access our virtual support agent, Instant Support, which contains answers to many common questions about ZoneAlarm products. Use of this tool is free.
Is there any difference between the toll-free and 900-number support? The service is identical. The only difference is that the toll-free number will result in a charge on your major credit card, while the 900 number will result in a charge on your regular phone bill.
