ZASS junk email filter keeps putting email from myself into Blocked user folder
In spite of putting email that comes from my
my web site www.borlum.com, addressed to email@example.com, as a safe sender, Zone alarm keeps kicking mail into the blocked sender file.
It seems to happen when customers submit a form on my web site.
This automatically gets sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and is then forwarded to email@example.com,uk.I use outlook 2003 to handle my email, using the ms junk email filter as well as ZA junk filiter.I use XP Pro.I am using ZASS version 7.0.337.00, anti spam version 184.108.40.20611, and get automatic updates because I pay a subsriptionThis is an important issue, because I can of course miss important messages!

Your problem sounds remarkably like mine.
I seem to be having even deeper problems though.
I can't turn off any email scanning at all!
I keep getting my own emails into the ZoneAlarm junk email folders even after having turned off all the e-mail scanning settings I can find.
No matter what I do, ZoneAlarm will keep on scanning emails even when that feature is supposed to be turned off.
I have the same setup as you but no antispam and I do use the free version.
It's driving me crazy!!!
Any help will be appreciated.
