Message occurs during virus scan "Zone Alarm Client has encountered a problem and must close.
First of all, Zone Alarm Security Suite - 7.0.470.000Anti-virus engine version 3Windows XP Pro
Problem started with a System Error;Please Reboot message in upper left corner of Zone Alarm screen.
Then ZA icon gone from bottom of page and new strange icon there(saying True Vector security service is shut down.)
I have no idea what True Vector security service is but problems seemed to start with it.
Rebooted as requested-error still there. Again and again, still there.
Then noticed scheduled scans hadn't happened. Manual scan request resulted in "Zone Alarm client has encountered a problem and needs to close."
Then the whole program closes.
I am really worried with no protection at all right now, seemingly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!try to reset your settings and see if ZA will work back otherwise you will need to remove it and reinstall.1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
