Services and Controller App is a part of Windows XP. It was apparently trying to load Symantec's Norton AntiVirus AutoProtect system file "C:\Program Files\Norton SystemWorks\Norton AntiVirus\SAVRT.SYS". The ZA Pro warning contains a reference to the entry in your Windows registry that controls this behavior. Since AutoProtect is a normal service of Norton AntiVirus, it is probably safe to allow the Services and Controller App to start it (SAVRT).
