Catalog.zip and dial-up connection
I'm having a problem with ZoneAlarm version 7.0.483.000 on a PC with Windows XP and Service Pack 3.
Whenever I try an update I get the following error message:
HTTP response code said error ('http://upd.zonelabs.com/zonealarm/online//Catalog.zip')
I get this error when I try to download definitions and when I go to the Preferences tab and check for updates manually.
So far I've tried uninstalling with the /clean and license removal additions to the uninstall program.

I've been told by my ISP, Manitoba Telephone Systems (MTS), that the problem could be that I'm using dial-up internet and the connection is timing out.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Hi there, I had the same problem, even though I was using High Speed DSL internet.
I had to disable all my proxy settings in Internet Explorer once I did that, everything was fixed up.
Since you have Dial-up you'll have to do it a bit differently than me.
For you, disaple proxy servers by clicking Tools>Internet Options clicking on the Connections Tab and clicking the
