Uninstall using clean uninstall
I want to uninstall free ZA 7.0.302.000.
Am I correct that I must use the clean uninstall rather than using the uninstall feature under ZA?
If so, I have a couple of questions on the clean uninstall procedure.
The change I am to make in the target line, does the /rm license added to this line apply to the free version?
Also, the Internet Log folder, do I delete the folder itself-I'm not sure if the following are ZA files: dumpindex,. fwpktlog, txt, desktop.ldb, fwdbglog.txt?
Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)
Re: Uninstall using clean uninstall
Hi!the instructions are here, follow them closely:http://www.nohold.net/noHoldCust25/P...n_install.htmlYou don't need the /rmlicense but does not harm to have it, just in case. Please note that "/rmlicense" is one word and not "/rm license".Yes, delete theInternetLog folder, if still there after the clean uninstall.Cheers,Fax
