Contacting Tech Support when offline
I am trying to log an issue with Tech Support. The Chat Tool is offline. If I click on the "Send" message button, I get a message saying it is offline and to click on a link to send e-mail. When I click on this link, I get to choose whether to contact Tech Support or Customer Support. Clicking on Tech Support takes me back to the screen where I tried to run the Chat tool. Wonderful, a closed loop :(

Sorry all users here. They are online now... if they are offline they are only for limited time just wait when they are on on-line.
If you keep seeing them offline then there is something else going on on the system other than ZA.
