I've been using ZAES for a very long time. A few days ago I developed a hardrive problem that required hospitalization. Apparently the tech didn't like several of my security programs because he deleted them and installed his own. When I told him I use ZA he got that look of disgust when he said " Zone Alarm is a firewall not an anti-virus" anyway, after further exploration I discovered that Force Field had been removed from the IE8 toolbars. My question is do I need to reinstall the whole extreme security suite or is there another option available to me?
Re: Help Please
Personally, I would not trust that guy with your Computer again..
If you want to Re-Install ZA Extreme Security,
You will need to Uninstall the Other Security Junk that Guy installed onto your computer..
Then Download, and install the FREE "Ccleaner.exe" to make sure all the Junk left behind is cleaned up..

*** NOTICE: Please note that ZAAV, ZASS and ZA Extreme do not play nice with many overlapping security tools (even if disabled).
*** For example, the Following programs may not work well with ZoneAlarm: Kaspersky (KAV) or (KISS),Norton/Symantec, McAfee,AVG,AVAST 5, Spysweeper, NOD32, Spyware Doctor, trojan hunter, adware, SpyBotSearch & Destroy, PC tools Threat Fire, any other Anti-Virus program, some Anti-Spyware programs, Registry Guard or Registry locking tools, etc...
