My first renewal try I selected 1 PC/2yrs. The checkout showed 3PCs/1 yr. Repeat try, same result. Next try, the 1 PC option was not shown.
Also in the first two tries 3 other items were added to my basket.
Basically the web based renewal process seems broken.
