Dreaded BLUE SCREEN
I've removed ZoneAlarm from my computers for the last time. About a year ago, when I upgraded to Windows 7 ZoneAlarm began causing BLUE SCREEN crashes. When ZA was removed, the blue screens ceased. I opted to re-install the latest version of ZoneAlarm a few days ago and - voila - the BLUE SCREEN reappeared. I enjoyed the thorough reliability of ZA, but cannot tolerate the Blue Screens and crashes. If a real fix is created I'll reconsider.

Sorry all user here, you will probably wait forever for a fix if you don't report the problem directly to ZA technical support.
If you are really keen in using ZA also be sure to participate to any beta test of new releases. This will ensure your feedback will reach directly the development team.
You can meanwhile contact the ZA technical support at the link in my signature. Explain in detail the issue, follow their troubleshooting steps (e.g. running WIN7 clean of third party software) and keep following with them in order to have your issue eventually escalated.
