Confusing messages on anti virus protection & License says it's expired
Why am I getting a daily pop up message saying my "ZoneAlarm Security Suite subscription has expired" when I renewed my subscription in January 2012 & received confirmation from Zone Alarm about this:
Hello Mike ,
Your ZoneAlarm Security Suite 3 PC - 1 Year has been successfully renewed via our Automatic Renewal Program.
There’s no action required on your part.
Windows is also reporting that my anti virus protection has expired.

You may need to shutdown and reboot your computer a few times for ZoneAlarm to communicate to our license servers to get the updated subscription information.

1. You can force ZoneAlarm to sync and update itself. You must be running version 10.1.065.000 or greater to do this.
Open ZoneAlarm, click on the 'Tools' dropdown menu and select 'Synchronize License' (This requires an active internet connection to work)
2. Try inputing your license into ZoneAlarm, by following these directions:
