I'm unable to run ZA 10 due to high CPU issues and have had to continue using v9.3.037.
However, as of May 26, I've been getting the error message: 'Unable to Connect to Update Server'.
I've tried twice now re-installing and using the ZA clean removal tool with no effect.
I assume this means AV updates for v9.3.037 has ended?

1.) You did not provide any info on your computer, what Version of windows, or other security programs installed..

without All the Details about your computer it's Software and what type and Version of Zone Alarm that you failed to provide, without our ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
Whenever posting here- or Contacting ZA Tech Support, it is always advisable to list Full details of your Computer:
Please Give the Exact Type and version of Zone Alarm used, Windows Version & SP Update used, Browser type and version, any other security tools installed.
The More information you post the more likely users here will be able to understand the issue and try to help.

Av updates in 9.3.037 will continue for now.
You can get very basic support for 9.3
but if there is an issue or problem you won't get any help fixing it in 9.x
You will be asked by support to upgrade to 10.x
So you can continue running 9.3.037 if you like.
