Computer at Risk, Update Product Checking.... 0% for days
Hi. I've got Zone Alarm Extreme Security with Data Lock version 10.1.079.000. This is part of a 10 user license I have.
The antivirus is out of date. So it goes to update, but stops at "checking" and stays at 0%. Won't go anywhere.
There is also a Fix it Now button in red that appears, but this just does the same thing.
Security Update is overdue but same issue as above. Click any of these and it opens a new window/dialogue box but never gets past 0%.
Incidentally, if I click on Help --> Technical support it also goes to a blank page with nothing there. These kinds of bugs are annoying and don't exactly instill a lot of confidence. Just don't like seeing "your anti-virus is out of date" with no way to update it!

Sorry all users here. Click on the hyperlink in my signature. This will lead to the official ZA technical support page. On the main support page push on LIVE CHAT icon. This will open a pop-up window to connect to support. They will ask you to provide your configuration.

If this those not work you may have other issue than ZA at your end. Windows corruption? Malware infections?
Btw, support may suggest to clean install ZA 10.2.074.000
