Can't enable Identity & Data protection in ZA Free AV + Firewall
Status: Your computer is at risk. AV and Firewall are enabled (protected), but the Identity & Data tab has a red exclamation mark. Web Identify Protections is "Off", "Fix Now" does not do anything, and manually enabling protection does not stick (risk status does not change, and setting reverts back to off).

this is normally due to the corruption of ZA databases (where ZA settings are stored) or conflicts with other software installed on the system or geenral corruption of the OS due to malware infections, hangs/crashes of system, etc.
So, if it is directly linked to a ZA corruption then it should be easily fixed by a reset of the ZA settings or a clean install of ZA. Since a new ZA build has been released recently (504), it may be good you start clean and fresh.
