Has Anyone Ever Successfully COntacted A Human Being at ZoneAlarm?
I renewed my subscription in April - CRedit card went through, all paid. My program tam repeatedly tells me it's going to expire in a week. There is no option for sending a message to anyone to address this - and don't tell me about live contact or whatever it's called, that link simply sends me to a page advertising the system and has no option for actually talking to someone. American Express is very good about cancelling charges if it comes to that - but there is NO way to reach a human being at Z/A. Just wondered if anyone ever had?

you will need to check with support directly about your issue (just click on the Live Chat Icon)
please contact them directly at the link in signature, Select "Non-Technical" option for Customer service..
See if there is option in your installed version to enter license from Tools > Enter License > Paste License Key there.

If this is not the case. You will most likely have to download the proper paid version from here :
P.S. You Must install ZA under an Administrator Account & in the Default root directory C:\ drive,
and Keep Internet connection active at all times during install of Zone Alarm.
