Default Tracking why a program is blocked

Not sure how but Zone alarm is now blocking access to the internet for a cople of programs and I can't find out why.
I have turned on the sys tray alerts but all it tells me is that the program is blocked, not which netry is causing it to be blocked. It lists the log entry shown below
    FWOUT,2006/02/04,08:28:28 +0:00 GMT,192.168.0.2:2357,217.12.12.124:110,TCP (flags:S)

Using the log viewer, the program entry is blank.

The 2 significant applications that are being blocked are Outlook Express and Kaspersy Virus checker updates.

btw. If i reduce the internet the internet zone security level to medium the access is allowed.

Can anybody help me track down which item is causing the block

    Thanks in advance

    Mark

Go into the program settings for those programs, and any spam filtering software, and set them all up for ask in all columns, and then try again.
