    Default Email Scanning

    I'm running ZA Security Suite 5.1.
    In the advanced AV settings I am unable to enable email scanning.
    ZA Security Suite detected a conflict with a third party software.
    As a result AV E-mail scanning will not be enabled until the conflict has been resolved.
    I have no other AV programs.
    How do I find the conflicting software?

    Go to c:\windows\internet logs and see if you have a file named lspconflict.txt . If you do, open it and post the contents here.

    I cannot enable AV email scanning due to EarthLink's accelerator, I think. Here are the contents of my ispconflict internet log

    I see this was viewed 66 times, but I don't see that anyone had an answer for me.
    I have since reinstalled the suite and absolutely love it, except for this issue.
    I don't like the fact that I can't scan my email; other than this .... this suite rocks!!!!!!!!
    Does anyone have any ideas for me??
    I am trialing the suite at this point, and have about 2 weeks left.
    Oh ... I should also note that after scanning with BitDefender, Kaspersky, AVG, etc. and finding no issues, I did a deep scan with ZAIS and found 3 trojans!!!!!!
    Hmmmm .... amazing!
    Hope to hear from someone, as I think this forum is the only means of support.
