    Cool Stop automatic scan on startup can slow boot up time



    Anyone know how to stop the automatic
    virus/spyware scan when Windows starts up

    Anti-Spyware:
    advanced options
    Change the scan schedule for weekly, monthly or turn off.Also, Automatic Updates can slow boot up time as well.
    Too many things running at one time in the background kills system resources and can cause programs to jam up or fail to start.
    Basically, take a look at what you really need and disable or get rid of what you don't need.
