Default Call of Duty Dedicated Server

I'm trying to run a Call of Duty 1 dedicated server on my home computer through ZoneAlarm Pro 6.5(ZAP). The server runs fine, but I cannot figure out how to properly configure ZAP to allow other users to see my server. I've confirmed that ZAP is the problem, because when I shut it down, my server shows up on a server browser list (Qtracker). I've tried opening up ports 20500-20510, 20600-20610, 28960, but it doesn't help. Any suggestions on how to properly setup ZAP would be appreciated.

    Win XP Pro

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
    Software Version:6.5

Have you tried giving CoD server rights to the internet zone. That should be sufficient for any game to act as host. If you are behinf a router or firewall with NAT, you will also need to forward the appropriate ports to your computer.

Yup, that's the way it is currently set. Also, I am not behind a router or firewall with NAT.

Try removing any expert rules and remove CoD from the program list. Start your CoD. ZA should prompt you to give CoD access/server rights. Click "Ok".
