was wondering: I have had my zone alarm secuirty suite for several years now. Done all the upgrages. Under the
progam control, programs I have one heck of a long long long list. How do I reset it to start over again? Do I have to delete them one by one or in groups? Just wondering@!

Just highlight one and use your shift key and highlight the rest and delete them
    all, the
will come back as needed or used

Another approach is to.....Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.

I have always gone in and cleaned out all the components as well when I delete all the programs. Is that a good idea or not?

You can just do a clean uninstall and reinstall the program to get rid of all the previously configured components

I choose to do the long way and delete so many at a time.
