Default pc magazine surfspeed not showing up

I removed PC magazine "surfspeed" program form ZA Pro and now it will not allow me to add it back to "program control list". It is also blocking it. Any suggestions

    Thank you,

So clicking on Add under Programs tab in Program Control - does not work? You use this to add programs not yet put in the list.

That's correct "Add Program" is not working for this particular program (it works for others). Would having remove it from ZA once before, have anything to do with not having the ability to add it again?

You should be able to remove and re-add the line again, the only thing that would stop you is corrupt preferences file. Can you reproduce the problem with another application?

Were do I fine the preferences file?

    additional info:
In the log file under "Programs", it shows Surfspeed being blocked. At the very bottom, on the right there is a button "Add to Zone". This is grayed out, so you cannot add this program to ZA. Does this tell you anything?

    Edit ----------------------------------------------
I started having problems with other programs and decided to do a clean install. This fix my problems.

    Thank you for following up,

Corrupted preferences database it was and probably an install looking shaky. Glad to help! ZA preferences are fragile.
