    Default Excluding Directories?

    With all of my previous Anti-Virus products such as Norton and McAfee I was able to exclude an entire directory from checking. I have not been able to find a way to do this with ZoneAlarm and it is killing me when I run VMware. The TrueVector Service keeps taking up 100% of the system real time and locking up my machine.
    Help!!!!!

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    In ZASS 7.0 can do it.
    VIA:
    AntiVirus/AntiSpyware -> Advanced Options
    -> Virus Mgmt
    -> Scan Targets

    Hi!yes, you can exclude files/folder from the "on demand" scan but you can't from the "on access" scan.I guess the OP is referring to the "on access" scan....Cheers,Fax
