    WHEN I START ZONEALARM IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO LOAD ABOUT 10 MIN THATS IF IT DOES NOT LOCK THE PC THEN I HAVE TO TURN OFF AND START AGAIN ANY ONE HELP

ZA Pro 6.0 is a very old version? to display the full info on what version and last update installed..Please Right Click on the ZA Tray icon on the Lower Right and Click the "About" Option this will pop up a windows with all the Info about your Version Of ZA including the complete Version Number.. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" and Paste that information Here in the Forum by pressing the "CTRL-V" key..
    -----------------------------------------------It sounds like your ZA Database may be corrupted

    ZA has incorparated a new way to Reset DataBase files so users don't need to go into Safe mode.


    To repair this problem, please follow the steps below. Please note that
    this will remove your program permission settings (so you may want to make
    note of them), but re-establishing them is a simple process.

    1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together then

    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock in the system tray lower right corner
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

    NOTE: to avoid any problem Upgrading to 7.0.473.000 just do the following:- Download the ZASS 7.0.473.000 installer.. Save it for later use..- On your current ZA, Uncheck "Load ZA... at startup" (under ZA Overview --&gt; Preferences tab)- Reboot your PC- Install the new update (clean install) and Accept the default setting, Auto-Learn and choose Trusted Zone and not the Internet Zone..Good Luck..
