Default Multiple Listing of the same program or elements thereof

When ever I go to my e-mail the Flash utility is alerted by Zone Alarm. I have to allow it each time. Even though I click
the allow for the future box it still has to be initiated each time. Now
it comes up three times before I can proceed. I checked the ZA listings of programs and found that it was there hundreds of times. I have removed all but one and need to know why ZA keeps adding this program? When I look at the listing for program control it is shown with the question mark meaning ask but this should have changed to allow since I clicked to allow it for each instance when the alert box appears. This appears also to be happening with some others also. Shouldn't there only be one entry for each program and why doesn't ZA know that it was allowed last time and keep asking to allow this each time I go to my E-mail through AOL?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

sounds like your ZA settings are corrupted.

To repair this problem, please follow the steps below. Please note that
this will remove your program permission settings (so you may want to make
note of them), but re-establishing them is a simple process.

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot
