I have a 3 computer network (running a peer-to-peer Windows network) running Win XP Pro and Zone Alarm Internet Securty Suite on all 3 computers.
I installed MS Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager (BCM)
on all 3 computers.
I created a shared Business Contact Manager database on computer A.
When I shut down Zone Alarm on each computer, I can access the shared database on computer A from computers B and C.
When Zone Alarm is ON, I am prevented from accessing the shared database on computer A..
All computers and the network are in the TRUSTED zone.
The program files that BCM uses are set up to allow their use under Program Controls.
Someone has suggest that I "create a rule in zone alarm to allow no blocking on any internal IP address".
I am not sure how to do this.
Can anyone help with this?
