Default IP Blocking in LAN Area, can ZA do it?

i'm want to try za (at this moment free version i guest ;8), just for you to know i have not download za right know.
before I download it, I want to ask is za can block filtered IP Address from accessing internet (I use ADSL2+ Router D-Link DSL-2540T, and I use web UI setting to connect to INet, sharing INet Con to others PC using LAN via HUB)

For Example my LAN IP Address range is 192.168.9.1 to 192.168.9.254
    My router IP is 192.168.9.99
as example I want to block IP 192.168.9.7, 192.168.9.31, and 192.168.9.50

others PC connect through to iNet via Router (I was setting PC gateway to router IP)

    Sorry for my bad english

ZA free it can not be done.
In the ZA pro or with the other paid versions, YES.
These IPs can be easily blocked off in either the Expert or the Firewall sections of the Zone Alarm.

In the Zones (using IP or IP range only):

In the Expert (using IP or IP range and port/portranges and by Protocols (all):

And for the application(s) that maybe involved with the connections (not needed if blocked in either the Zones or the Firewall, but this is also another option if really fine control is still wanted or needed):

    Best regards.
