    Default program access control

Is there a way to set up ZoneAlarm so that a user does not have to have admin rights, yet can still grant access to programs?

I have no other suggestion other than this to resolve your issue.

One of the Primary features of Windows Vista is the "UAC" (User Account Control) That pops up a Warning every time you try to Run a Program or try to install a new program.. You can Turn this feature OFF in the Setting/Control Panel/User Account page..
