    Default Free Upgrade to ForceField

    For those of us who purchased Zone Alarm Security Suite, there is supposed to be a free Force Field when it becomes available.
    I am unable to locate it from your website.
    Can you help please

    I have this problem too. I contacted Zone Alarm customer support and they claim that I did not check a box for their offer when I renewed my Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite subscription. I know I read all pages carefully and made every attempt to renew so I would qualify for their offer.

    Glad to here we are all users here, I have noticed that response on other threads here but it does not help that much. Hopefully other users with the same problem can enlighten me if they too subscribed or renewed a Zone Alarm product and failed to receive the Force Field subscription offer.
