Default ForceField and ZoneAlarm Pro Problem

I just downloaded that lastest version of ForceField and installed the license key for ForceField and I am having problems with OS FireWall Alerts popping up even though I set my Trust Level to Super (3 green bars) in the Program Control tab. The program that gives me the most alerts is ISWMGR.exe which pops up like 9 times when I start up FireFox or Internet Explorer.

I thought setting a program for Trust Level of SUPER is supposed to get rid of these OS Firewall alerts? What am I doing wrong??

Thanks for any help anyone can give. I would greatly appreciate it.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

    Hi!
sounds like the ZAPRO settings are corrupted.
Try to reset them and see if this will correct the issue.

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

Do not load previous ZA settings backup.

I am using Zone Alarm Pro 6.X and when I hold down shift and control keys and right click on the zone alarm icon I do not get a reset option. Is there another way to reset this? I have already tried to erase all *.ldb, .rdb, and .tmp files in c:windows\internet logs and that did not work the os firewall popups still continued.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi!
yes, the removing all the files in the /internet logs should do it.
But indeed I have no experience with version 6 of ZAPRO and ZAFF.

You could try to update (clean install) to version 7 of ZAPRO or to completely remove (clean removal with /clean switch) and reinstall ZAPRO 6.
