Default Problems with Forcefield performance

I am running Security suite 8.0.020.000 without any problems until I installed Forcefield. Since then the security suite has occasionally failed to start after being 'beaten' to the internet by forcefield and has also crashed. Web pages such as:

http://www.alliance-leicester.co.uk/savings/index.aspx

will display ok with security suite alone but not when Forcefield is switched on; even when privacy is switched off. This seems to render Forcefield
useless if it has to be switched off to view some web pages! I have found this on other sites as well.

It seems Forcefield either isn't compatible with the current version of Security suite or is just too fragile to be of use? Anyone got any comments please

Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
Software Version:8.0
Product Name:Other ZoneAlarm Product

Many thanks, seems to have improved the site visibility. Strange thing is that, with cookie control OFF the site is visible and Site Status says it is a phishing site but with cookie control on medium the site is invisible and the site status says it is not a known phishing site!!
What on earth does the 'wait 5 minutes' do?
Also I deleted the web cache in an unprotected browser and also repeated the action in the protected browser and it took at least as long again? Are temporary internet files stored in two different locations or did it just take a while to check out everything?
Finally, if Security suite crashes return could re-loading Forcefield be a worthwhile option? Thanks again

Hi!sorry can't reproduce your problem... I have no phishing warning with or without cookies set to medium.Phishing reported by who?5 minutes is to give time to clean the virtual data... you can try before... no need to wait, if it will not work it means is still remove virtual data.Cheers,Fax

Final comment! Phishing reported by Forcefield 'Site status' with cookies off! Also shows the site as safe to move around! Seems like the product can't make up its mind if you get a different message. It did take a few seconds to change its mind from no phishing to phishing so perhaps you missed it?

Hi!tried again but I cannot see any change of mind....What about a reset of the ZA settings? May be something wrong is happening. This way:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax
