    Default 'unprotected browser'

I only use IE7 for Windows updates and downloading ZoneAlarm upgrades. My browser of preference is Firefox.

Any time I make changes, upgrades or add-ons to Firefox, I always exit ZAFF make the changes.Load ZAFF and Clear virtual data.Never encounter any problems this way.

Today I install an Add-ons extension to firefox using 'unprotected browser'.I had never done it this way before.Every thing was alright till I shut down my computer.Later on I turn my computer back on and my banking user id was gone.Re-enter and log into sitekey.Shut down Firefox and loaded up Firefox. No user id.Clear virtual data.Re-enter user id and same thing.

Have come to the conclusion that using 'unprotected browser' corrupted my Firefox profile.

Uninstall and setup Firefox using this link :

    http://forum.zonealarm.com/zonelabs/...essage.id=1108

No issues after that.Added that add-ons extension with no problems.

Will send ticket to tech support on this issue.

    Fax, Thanks for the reply.

That's correct. In the Advanced Settings panel, disable Virtualization | Enable Virtualization before installing the feature or program. Be sure to turn virtualization back on after installation.

I try it after I get a good feel of ZAFF new version 1.3.140.0

BTW I had to replay using IE7.In Firefox ZAFF RED Flag me Phishing Alert when I attempted to log in.
