    Default Cannot open browser or private browser

    I am using a laptop with Vista 64 bit , and IE 8. The machine has 1.9 gig processor and 3 gig RAM.

    I am using the latest version of Extreme Security (paid version) which was updated in the last week .
    If I click "open private browser" or "open browser" it freezes up. Up top of the page it says internet explorer (not responding).
    The browser does work if I click on "open unprotected browser" , and it works fine.
    When it frezzes up , I try to shut down and it say the following programs are preventing shutdown : ISWMGR.exe and Force Field.
    I also do not experiece any problems at all if I turn Force Filed off.
    Any solution ??

    Hi!have you tried to clean your browser cache followed by a cleaning of ZAforcefield virtual data (advanced settings of ZA forcefield)?Cheers,Fax

    By clearing browser cache you mean click on tools , internet options , delete files , delete cookies and clear history ? If so I have done that (repeatedly)
    I have also cleared virtual data in the Force Field settings on several occasions.
    Do I need to completely remove SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes
    (could this be causing a conflict) ?
    I installed these as I noticed that these programs were mentioned here on this forum as being very good programs.
    Any other options ?

    I have been trying for the last 3 or 4 days to submit my problem on the link you provided.
    It keeps saying site unavailable , or try again later.
    Why is their customer support SO darn difficult to get in touch with ??????????
