I have ZoneAlarm Extreme
Security and PC Tuneup bought as a bundle, and have used them regularly.
Since early May I have been getting
a Windows popup with the subject message.
I have sent 4 or 5 emails to Tech Support (they are never there when I can use my home computer) and they ignore the messages.
Absolutely no answer.
I have decided that ZA's Tech Support **bleep**s - this is a last attempt to get some kind of relief before I call to demand a refund, and go back to the PCSecuritySuite software I have used for the last couple of years.
ZA is really giving itself a black eye by not responding.
In desperation I uninstalled ZoneAlarm last weekend, re-booted, then downloaded and re-installed it.
The information window says that Firewall Security and Antivirus/Antispyware is running, but the Browser Security tab says "Browser Security is starting", even if I wait 8 hours.
If I click on "Product Info" under the "Overview" heading, the window locks up and I have to re-boot.
Someone please tell me what's going on!
I use Windows Vista Home Premium, and my browser is Internet Explorer 8.0.
The Windows Firewall is disabled, and I'm not using any other security software.
