Default Router config page affected by ZA

I have put the router config address in with no restrictions yet whenever ZA is on and I enter that page several of the data fields don't show the values in them that I know are there, some show up as undefined, others just show blank.... turn off ZA and everything appears as normal. What am I missing? put the address into site list for the linksys router config... allowed everything...

Is that IP address in the trusted zone in ZA?

I am having this problem also. At first, I could not even get the login box. I added the router's utility IP address in the networks page in ZA and put it in Trusted. Can now login but the utility pages do not come up. Just blank. If I shut down ZA and then bring up IE, enter the IP, I get the login box and the utility pages appear. B-)What should I try next? Thanks much for any help ... spm

I am still having this problem.... can't believe in 7 months no one has an answer to this..... Have stopped using ZA as a result. Doesn't help to have a product like ZA if things are so safe, the owner can't do anything with it :-)
