    Default Mail Filtering Issue on one User A/C

    Upgraded to version 6.1.737.000 and found that one User's M/S outlook's mail is not being filtered by Zone Alarm (previously OK). So did a clean install of Zone Alarm Security Suite and the same users mail is not being filtered. Any ideas?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:6.0

    I have the same problem, except that in my case, only 1 of 4XPuser accounts work with MailFrontier. Have been through Zone Labs Tech Support and tried everything they suggested. They couldn't make it work. Good luck.

    Hi, I fixed the problem by turning off the e-mail protection (all three options). Turned the computer off and then re-booted. Opened Outlook to check that there was no e-mail protection present and closed Outlook. Opened Zone alarm and reactivated the e-mail protection then opened Outlook. Now everything is working OK.

    At your suggestion, I tried this again (tech support had already guided me to do this). Again, no success. The Mail Buddy plug in does not appear in the COM Add-in section of Outlook 2003. Thanks for trying!
