I have a new computer and have ZoneLabs version 5.1.556.168 installed on the machine (Windows XP Professional). It was installed at my work facility but I brought the machine homw as I'm a teleworker. It also had Outlook and Outlook Express installed before I brought it home. When I got home I reconfigured both Outlook and Outlook Express to connect to my Comcast mail server, but I keep getting error messages and cannot connect to the mail server. The error message is:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
How do I reconfigure ZoneLabs to correct this problem??
