    Default ID LOCK Data lost, again

    (Using Zonealarm Pro Paid editionver 6.1.737.000 which is not listed on the check of box below) Over the last year or so I have entered all my privacy information in ID LOCK at least three times. Today, I was disturbed to find it once again missing, although the log indicates that ID lock has blocked 17 occurrances, so I know it was working. Where does it disappear to? Is it cleared whenI update the program version? Can it be recovered or do I just have to re-entter it every time it disappears?

    If when your updating your ZAP firewall, you select a 'clean' install (which I recommend), your data in the ID Lock and program permissions will be deleted. You'll have to re-enter the information. Once you do that, right click on the ZAP icon in your system tray and select 'shutdown Zone Alarm Pro. After about a minute, open ZAP again and confirm your data is still in the ID Lock. This is to confirm your database is not corrupt. If it is not there, let us know.
