    Default MailSafe - Outbound Protection

    I cannot change the e-mail accounts in the Senders Address List. I use 3 email adresses in Outlook, and MailSafe will only recognise one.
    If I add the other 2 using the Advanced Tab of Outbound they stay there whist I am using the PC in that session; next time I switch on the 2 new addresses are no longer there.
    Any suggestions?

    Add the e-mail address like you did, then right click on the ZA icon in the system tray and select shutdown. Wait 2 minutes then reboot windows, and then see if they are still there.
