Default Leading digits in website URL

I need to enable certain active content from a support site for a software package. The URL of the support site begins with the digits 002 then finishes with a normal looking FQDN (002.xxxxx.com).It seems that this confuses the privacy filter in Zone Alarm. The site NEVER displays in the maintenance screen, making it impossible to adjust the privacy settings.I don't know if Zone Alarm thinks its an IP address and recognises that it's invalid, or if there is some other problem.Has anyone else come across an issue like this, and, if so, is there a fix or a work-around?Thanks.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
    Software Version:6.5

Try adding the site to your Privacy > Site List. Click on the 'add' button on your Site List page, enter the URL (002.xxxxx.com), then click 'ok'. Now locate the site you just entered on the Site List, right click on it and select 'options'. Next go through all three tabs to uncheck everything and click 'apply' as you go through each tab. Now clean your browser cache and try the site again.

If that does not work, then turn off your Main Mobile Code control while using the site. If the site is written in JavaScript, you may need to turn off all your Main Privacy then refresh the page.
