I sell online and a number of my customers pay me via PayPal. The payment received email notification I get from PayPal comes with the subject line: Notification of payment received. The return email address is the customer's, not PayPal's. Almost every notice I receive ends up in the Junk Mail folder.
I've looked through all the options and I can't find any way to identify these emails so that ZA doesn't junk them. I rarely receive payment from the same customer twice, so it doesn't help to use the Allow Sender option in ZoneAlarm. In the header, the Return Path shows an email address from PayPal, but the From address shows the customer's email and as far as I know, there's no way to tell ZA to check the Return Path for validation.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
