    Default ZoneAlarm don't scan my email!

    I have enabled everything, but! When I'm opening Outlook Express, this message comes:
    "WARNING: ZoneAlarm will NOT work unless
    you display your "Folders List". You can display
    this by pulling down the "View" menu and selecting
    the "Layout..." menu item, then checking the
    "Folders List" check box.

    I have tried to do what's said there,and restarted Outlook several times, but it doesn't work!
    Can anyone help me?

    Doesn't anyone know what I could do?
    This is a little serious problem... Can also say that I have ZoneAlarm security suite. Upgraded too.

    Have you tried turning off the inbound and out bound mailsafe programs, turning off the junk mail filter and then rebooting?
    After rebooting turn them all on again.
    If this doesn't work try resetting your database.

    Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.
    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode.
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4. Reboot into the normal mode.

    view->layout, then check "Folder List".
