Help! Since I installed ZA Pro, I have not been receiving emails from co-workers. I'm guessing it's the junk mail fliter. Unfortunately, I've had the same problem as everyone else on here w/the ZA Junk Mail toolbar not showing up in Outlook ... I've followed all of the recommended steps (and no matter which one I follow), I don't have Mail Frontier listed as an option for ADD-INS.
Has anyone found a solution for this? If I turn off the Email filter, will that resolve the problem?
