    Hi,

I use outlook 2003 SP1. And I have the same problem.
Originally it worked fine, and I have the junk-folder in my outlook-folders. But the junk-mails are not filtered. And I cannot make the Filter-Toolbar appeare anymore.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Helge

    Similar problem here.
Outlook Express Version 6 (6.00.290.2180) copy write 2004.
The toolbar appeared the first time we started outlook, but has been gone since.
Like the others, right click on the toolbar didn't work.
And sorry, but I don't see a disable anything option in the about screen?

OK, I have found the answer on www.mailfronier.com.

The workaround which worked fine for me is:

    Outlook 2002/2003 (XP)
    Open Outlook.
Click on Help and select 'About Microsoft Outlook'.
Click on the 'Disabled Items' button.
If Mailbuddy Outlook Add-in is listed, highlight it and click Enable .
    Restart Outlook.

    Zonealarm is the best!
