I am unable to start up OE unless I turn off the junk email filter in ZASS. When I try to start OE, I receive the following error: "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I made no changes or software upgrades recently. Perhaps there was an automatic upgrade in the background to ZASS, but I do not know.
Others have written here about this problem, but I cannot find a relevant solution. Can someone please help me out?
