Since installing zone alarm and remotely connecting to my office PC through gotomypc.com I can control all programs except zone alarm.
This causes a problem as the zone alarm screen appears and asks me if I want to add the computer I am using to the trusted zone, as I can't control zone alarm remotely this causes a problem as I can't accept or decline the options. I never use the same public computer to connect to my office so adding the computer I am connecting from to the trusted zone (even if I could) is not going to work.
I am assuming that I need to change a setting in Zone Alarm that will enable me to control my office computer remotely.
Any ideas?
