This has actually happened to me before but it "went away" following another update (I mean AV updates etc not the program itself).
It's not going away this time though so I'll give it a few days and then maybe
follow your lead.
This "technical support" kills me though - I think I'll be scanning the PC
mags looking for other Internet security alternatives come renewal time.
